Return policy and Refund Policy

All products purchased on the administrator’s website can be returned and refunded.
The USER/CLIENT must notify the administrator of their intention to return the product(s) purchased within a period of 15 calendar days from the receipt of the product.
The product must be in the same condition as it was delivered and must retain its original packaging and labeling.
The return must be made using the same box or packaging in which it was received to protect the product.
In the event that it is not possible to use the original packaging, the USER/CLIENT must return the product in protective packaging to ensure that it reaches the administrator of the website with the maximum possible
A copy of the delivery note must be included inside the packaging, indicating the returned products and the reason for the return.

Refund Policy

Notify within 24 hours and no later than 15 calendar days from delivery, indicating that the product wants to be returned. The information must be sent to the email address:
The administrator of the Website will inform the USER/CLIENT of the address to which the product must be sent.
The USER/CLIENT must return the products within a maximum period of 15 calendar days, using the same system as it was delivered or through a courier company of their choice. The return costs are borne by the USER/CLIENT.

Inform the website administrator of the return system used, with the date and time of the return.
Once the right of withdrawal has been exercised and it has been verified that the product is in the conditions established in the section, the payment will be refunded to the customer, excluding shipping and return costs, which will be assumed, at all times, by the customer.
The administrator of the website will process the return order under the same system that was used for payment. The application of the refund to the USER/CLIENT’s account or card will depend on the card and the issuing
entity. The application period will be up to 30 days for credit cards.
