COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Rinse the beans and soak them in plenty of water for 8 hours. Change the water before boiling (1 part beans to 3 parts water). Add 1 teaspoon of salt for every liter of water. Bring to a boil and then simmer under a lid for about 20 minutes. Cooking time may vary.
