Soft and rich Italian salami originating from the Lombard capital of Milan. The production is carried out in an artisanal way according to ancestral methods. Its neutral flavor makes it wonderfully versatile and suitable for many different food contexts. Obviously on the cold cuts tray and as an appetizer , but also in salads, pasta dishes or on pizza. Try cutting it into cubes and crunching it with a splash of olive oil and sprinkling it on pasta with tomato sauce, for example.
